Chocolate Dipped Walnut with Sea Salt

  • 150 gm Ambrosia Walnut kernels or halves
  • 150 gm dark chocolate/milk chocolate compound
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 30-40 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Dip each walnut half in the chocolate and place on a plate or tray lined with butter paper
  • Sprinkle with sea salt then refrigerate walnuts until chocolate sets, 20 minutes or longer.
